What course to do after 12 to become a judge. Please guide I am in class 11 now.

Dear Student, You can join as a Civil Judge Junior division cum magistrate or Additional District n Session Judge in lower courts. You must be law graduate after 12th. For CJJD you have to clear first entrance exams, then final exams followed by personal interview. If you have seven year of practice

The eligibility to become a Judge is Graduation in Law Degree or LL.B. As it can be done in two ways :- After 12th 5 years Integrated Law Degree and after Graduation 3 years Law Degree. As in order to become a Judicial Magistrate, you have to first get a law degree, after which you are qualified to

1- You have to qualify the judicial services exam conducted by individual state gov. through their public service commissions or high courts. These exams are called PCS (J) in UP or MP or Bihar or State Judicial Service like Delhi Judicial Service in Delhi.
