I am 31 years old with no graduation degree. I have worked for 10 yrs in a BPO. In 12th, I scored 953/1100.

I may suggest you to go for BCA as IT field interests you and offers you wide range of options such as programming, database administration, networking, software development, etc.
Eligibility Criteria- 10+2 level examinations, in any stream with Maths.
