What course to pursue to become an Automotive Journalist and Automotive Engineer?

Which are the colleges in India and Abroad offering the same? Share its fee and other basic information. I think that I should do dual course. I am a 9th student.

I am happy at your ambition and I offer my appreciation for that.But, it is all a bit premature, as boys are subject to change in thinking.Right now, aim at an all round development, with a special emphasis on subjects like Math, Physics and Chemistry and a proficiency in English.
