What course will be preferred if i want to be functional consultant

Hi Guys, Mahesh here want to know abt functional consultant career. am average student with score of 57% in commerce background with 2.8 yrs of exp with oracle in finance side as analyst. and want to move to consultant background side can any one help me in suggesting courses please.
