What courses are offered in IT field for a non-technical student or for a commerce graduate?I have no technical experience?

Hi Chetan, as your UG is not related to IT you will need to go for conversion courses. As US is one of the most expensive countries to study in and a conversion course may not be offered here so I would advice you against it.
The countries l would like to suggest are UK, Aus, Nz for the course.
