You can go for MBA or M.tech or any PG diploma as per your interest.

You can go for M Tech or MBA. If your finances permit, you can also try for MS in US. MS degree has amazing returns in terms of salary. Before opting for a particular course consider whether you would like to continue in technical field or move to management.
