After completing Diploma you can go ahead for a lateral entry graduation programme. In my knowledge Lovely Professional university offers various lateral entry programmes. LPU is one of leading private universities in North. In the short span of time it has grown so much that major recruiters from the industry visit LPU for the placement purpose. Hi,
After your Diploma, you can go for B.Tech Lateral Entry in any of the streams. It will be of 3 Years rather then normal B.Tech which is of 4 years. It means you can straight way enroll into 2nd year of your Bachelor's degree. So you can select any branch of engineering depending upon your interest among CSE, Mechanical, electrical, Civil, Aerospace, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, Chemical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Electronics and Computer Engineering or any other. I am mentioning some top universities offering B.Tech lateral entry for your help:

    Dear,
As you did Polytechnic Diploma after 10th boards, you can take admission for lateral entry in 2nd year fot regular B.Tech. But if you like to continue your job then AMIE sec A & B is the wise solution to pursue which is equivalent to B.Tech/BE. Best wishes.
