I think with PCMC you mean Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Computer Science. The courses to pursue after class 12th totally depends on you and what are your interests. You can go for B.Sc. or B.Tech in any stream that excites you. You can also go in the field of Bioinformatics, agriculture, plant biot
