What criteria needs to be fulfilled to avail of a scholarship for someone looking at doing his MS from the US

Hi. am doing computer engineering 3rd year . i am interested in doing masters in computer science with specialization in Networking and telecommunication. what will be the overall cost of the course .?? can i get scholarship??? which exam i have to give and what must be the score to get admission???

Take the GRE and TOEFL/IELTS. Many US universiteis offer Networking and Telecommunications. Scholarships are available to good students.
