What CTC can be expected if I have 1 year experience in marketing after completing PGDM in marketing in IILM Graduate School of Management.

The average package offered to a student is 7.5 Lacs. I f you have one year experience in marketing then the expected CTC can be more and also depends on your capabilities and how you perform. Your experience matters and your performance will matter too. With your one experience of course your CTC would be more than the average package. And can also vary from one company to another for the marketing profile. Many good companies are there for different marketing profiles.

The average CTC is 7.5-8L p. a. If you are having one year of experience then you can expect more than that, but it depends upon your performance at the time of interview process.
