What decided about promoting first and second year of engineering student of Maharashtra?

Hello my name is paras mode. I am from raigad, Maharashtra. And now study in Electrical engineering of First year in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere.

    If you wish to change your branch, then one and the only deciding factor is your first-year CGPA. It should probably be more than 8.5, and also depends on how many students have applied for the same, for complete procedure, you have to visit the student section and they will direct you in the best ways. I wish it will help you.
