The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad releases the admit card for UP Board class 12 exams in offline mode. Students can obtain their UP Board class 12 admit cards from their respective schools. Once collected, the students are required to check these details on their UP 12th admit card:
- Name
- Roll number
- Father’s name
- Mother’s name
- School code & name
- Name of the examination
- Exam Centre code and name
- Photograph of the student
- Signature of authorities
- Important instructions
- Exam Timetable
- Reporting Timing
- Subject’s Name and Code
