What difference does work experience have while joining MBA and hence forth? How is Christ University in terms of placement?

Though not mandatory, work-experience is always beneficial before, during & after your MBA completion. The curriculum is designed in such a way that people with some work-ex can relate to it, and contribute to the classroom discussions, case studies, etc.
When it comes to placements, work-ex people have the benefit of sitting for lateral placements(exclusively for them) as well as final placements. Generally, the top companies prefer to offer managerial or higher roles to such people.

Work experience prior to an MBA provides the student with a platform to build on during their studies. Students benefit from being able to refer to their own experience during classroom discussions and apply management theory to their existing practical knowledge.
