what difference is there b/w GRE and SAT??

i know about GRE but i would like to know for what purpose SAT exam is taken and what is the difference b/w SAT and GRE.

Hi, GRE is a test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue masters degree in science and engineering fields. SAT is a test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue undergraduate degree from universities in US. Good Luck. All the Best.
