    Hi,
    After completing B.com you have 2 options:
    1.To opt for a job.
    2.To opt for further studies (MBA,M.COM)
    I would suggest that after completing B.com you should work for 1-2 years and then opt for further studies, the advantage of this step would be that after working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in your undergraduate field than you can pursue masters in same or related field, where as if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.
