To be able to qualify the Interviews, one need to score well in their Confidence quotient, Technical knowledge, Personality etc.

First of all no Finance Companies hire Engineers Unless they get a MBA Degree in Finance aur banking And Insurance. better go with MBA if you want to make your career in Finance.
