What do I choose between Lovely Professional University, Koneru Lakshmaiah University & CBIT, Hyderabad?

I want to go for CSE and struck at these three colleges.I couldn't do well in JEE and landed with only 73 marks. I got 93.5% in boards. I want to go for a management seat. Can we consider ranking to decide a college? Why is LPU not included in national rankings 2016?
