What do i do after 12th to become a buisness manager

I am a science student from st.paul's school,Rourkela.I want to study buisness management after my 12th.So please tell my exactly what i have to do to get there

I suggest you complete your graduation and then post graduation and then do MBA in either Finance or Marketing. In the meantime choose your graduation subjects which according to the type of business you want to get involved in. If it is technical work then obviously you must choose science subjects
