What do I need for my carrier?

I completed my 10th standard 2009 and joined diploma course in ECE and completed with good mark and joined in automobile company as a material planning and packaging engineer. I am willing to do degree. What will be the right path BE,B.Tc or BBA now I am away from my core job.
