What do I say if the IIM interviewer asks me, "why do you want to opt for MBA after B.Sc in physics?"

Hi Ayushman, It is a very general question that often asked with the candidate from the non-business background. With this question, they just want to understand the motivation behind doing your MBA after physics. Be genuine. Just smartly explain to them how doing an MBA can give you a rise in your career. The management skills that you will learn here is applicable to your industry also. You are being attracted by its diversity and industrial exposures, hence you have certain hope from doing the MBA even after graduation from physics. Networking, Management skills, exposure, career are some of the aspects that you can explain them to convince with your idea of doing an MBA. Hope this helps.
