What do most of the companies prefer MBA or PGDM?

Hi Raeesah,
MBA is master degree which is affiliated to concern state university and PGDM is post graduate diploma in management it is autonomous course affiliated to AICTE .
both have duration of two years , when we talk about m.b.a it is master degree after completing that you can do your further

sir, most probably i will b doing a job in private sector so is pgdm from India accepted abroad?
