What do the cxolleges mean by INR fees. is it annual fees or per cemester fees

Its Indian National Rupee.
Generally most university tell fee annually and other semesterly which is mentioned on website of university.Just check for the same in some top universities as GNDU, Lovely Professional University, Anna University.
