What do the phrases mean in Welingkar and is it possible to change phase to phase 2?

I've got a GD-PI call from Welingkar for Phase 1. Do different phases affect chances of admission?

Hi, The different phases do not affect the chances of an aspirant at all. The phases are mainly segregated only to lessen the burden on the interview panelists during the whole process, and also for the aspirants to avoid clashes with the other interviews in the future (if any). It might be possible to change the phase if there is a very genuine reason for you to not attend the interview. For that, you need to contact the college officials. All the best!
