What do the universities in Europe look for in a student who is studying B.Sc in India and wants to pursue Masters in Europe?

I am looking for universities particularly in Europe which offer Masters in Science. I am studying BSc in India, which is a 3 year course. Will I be elligible to pursue Masters in Europe ? I am looking for places which offer scholarships. Preferably in the UK or Germany.

Hi Vaishnavi, Education in most of the European Universities is free or they charge very less fee. But as you have asked this question under Germany, I would like to say that in Germany you get scholarships only for research programs and if you are planning to pursue Masters then you might have to
