    B Plan basically focus on planning of cities, towns, big cities and  regional planning, design, and development.

    This course is basically offered by the TOP NITS, SPAs and few IITs. This course teaches us the concepts of 

    1)Basics of Urban Planning

    2)Site and Infrastructure Planning

    3)Environmental Planning and Sustainability

    4)Urban Design

    5)Economics and Finance in Planning

    There are various more things.
