what do we study in coarse of jounalism? like in mbbs we study human body ,so similarly what we study in journalism? like topics?

in coming march i will be giving my last,4th semister exam for 12th science,bio group. i like bio,but im not interested in medical.i think i m interested in journalism.i want to know what we study in journalism exactly.
