Business management is the process of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities of a business or organisation to achieve its goals and objectives. It involves overseeing all aspects of a business, from finance and operations to marketing and human resources. Business & Management Studies will give you an in-depth understanding of how organisations operate. Depending on your course, you could be learning about various aspects of business. This might include finance, administration, human resources, economics, law, strategy and marketing.
