Dear Kishan! Apart from your academics, IIMs or any other big B-Schools like ISB, FMS or IIFT gives a great weightage to your extracurricular activities. This means that 'WHO' you are after your studies, 'WHAT' you have done in your life apart from studies, your awards, honors, achievement, winning
