few seats are reserved by the management of institute.
one can take admission to this institutes through management quota.

The management quota is a set of seats in a college that are reserved for students who are willing to pay a higher fee than regular students. These seats are not filled through the merit list, but rather by the college management. 20-30% of total seats are under Management quota for direct admission
