8 years agoIt means a temporary certificate generally provided by the school/board before the original is issued to you. Provisional certificate helps you to complete your admission formalities etc. for your higher studies. Good luck. -
Provisional certificate is produce by college or university telling that you have completed your class 12th. It is temporary certificate until original certificate came.
