Dear Ritz, you can take up Diploma in Web Development, from Karnataka State Open University, which is a part of reputed Mysore University, Manasagangothri. This would cover you front end design in Sem-1 and back end design(java.php, mysql, flex etc) in the Sem-2. This is UGC recognized Govt Universi
