It is a good course, and best choice to make a career in Aviation industry. After completing cadet programme, you will be eligible for it. For more details on programme, just visit official website and you can get full details over there.

Currently, it is not being conducted. But, it is a good programme conducted by Indigo if you can pay the fees of nearly 55 lacs.

I recently contacted them.They said currently the domestic pathway is not going on. But you can still get your CPL from NFTI-Gondia not through the Indigo Cadet Pilot programme.
