    2. Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) degree (for M.D.S. admission)

    3. Permanent registration with the state Dental Council (for M.D.S. admission)

    4. Punjab Medical Entrance test (PMET) score card (for 85% of the seats)

    5. All India Medical Entrance Examination (CBSE Examination) score card (for 15% of the seats)
