What documents are needed at the time of physical reporting in HSTES counselling?

<p>Candidates have to produce the following documents at the time of physical reporting in HSTES counselling:</p><ol><li>Qualifying Examination i.e. 10+2/Intermediate/ Senior Secondary School Examination</li><li>Matriculation/ High School Certificate</li><li>JEE (Main) rank card / NATA Score Card</li><li>Character Certificate<ul><li>Regular Candidates: The candidates who passed their qualifying exam. From School/ College as regular students are required to submit the Character Certificate</li><li>Private Candidates: Candidates, who have passed the qualifying examination as private candidates should submit their Character Certificate, duly signed by a First Class Magistrate</li></ul></li><li>Residents Certificate, if applicable: Candidates, who have passed their qualifying examination from a Board/ Recognized School located in the State of Haryana will be deemed to be Haryana residents and will not be required to submit certificates of bonafide residents of Haryana</li><li>Certificate from the Employer in the case of Employees of Govt. of Haryana, members of All India Services born on Haryana Cadre, Employees of Statutory Bodies/ Corporations, if applicable</li><li>Scheduled Caste Certificate should be verified from PPP Data base, if applicable</li><li>Deprived Scheduled Caste Certificate should be verified from PPP Data base, if applicable</li><li>Backward Class Certificate should be verified from PPP Data base, if applicable and income certificate should be verified from PPP Data base</li><li>Economically Weaker Section (EWS) income and asset certificate</li><li>Certificate in respect of Divyang Candidates should be verified from PPP Data base, if applicable.</li><li>Certificate required to be furnished by the Children &amp; Grand &ndash; children of Freedom Fighters, if applicable</li><li>Certificate from wards of Deceased/ Disabled/ Discharged Military/ Para Military Personnel/ Ex-Servicemen or Ex-Personnel of Para-Military Forces</li><li>Certificate from wards of ex-employee of Indian Defense Services/ Para Military Forces</li><li>Certificate of Medical Fitness</li><li>Admit Card of JEE (Main) / NATA (B. Arch.)</li><li>Annual parental income from all sources (in case of TFW quota candidates) should be verified from PPP Database.</li><li>&nbsp;Undertaking of Anti-ragging by the student</li><li>Undertaking of Anti-ragging by the Parent/ Guardian</li><li>Aadhaar Number. It has been decided by the Government that from the session 2019-20 onwards, the candidate shall submit preferably the Aadhaar Number (or Enrolment No.) at the time of online registration. Coloured Photograph (JPG File Max. 30KB Size) and Signatures of candidate (JPG File Maximum 20 KB Size)</li><li>Parivar Pehchan Patra for Haryana Residents</li><li>Income &amp; Asset Certificate (EWS)and income should be verified from PPP Data base</li></ol>
