Undergraduate Documents

Academic transcripts (original and English-translated)
Letter of Motivation
Student CV (academic resume)
Academic references
English proficiency test score
Proof of financial capability (financial statement)
Scanned copy of the biographical page of a valid passport
Dutch language test*
Portfolio (academic or audition based on course requirement)

*Required for bachelor's programmes in Biomedical Engineering, Health Science, Technical Medicine, and Applied Physics.
