The candidate is supposed to upload the mentioned documents while filling up the admission form for the nursing exam:
- 10+2 Passing Certificate
- Passport Size Photograph
- Scanned Signature
- Valid Email ID and Mobile number
- Category Certificate (if needed)
- Transfer Certificate
- Character Certificate
