    The candidate is supposed to upload the mentioned documents while filling up the admission form for the nursing exam:

    1. 10+2 Passing Certificate
    2. Passport Size Photograph
    3. Scanned Signature
    4. Valid Email ID and Mobile number
    5. Category Certificate (if needed)
    6. Transfer Certificate
    7. Character Certificate
