    After the counselling and seat allotment process, selected candidates must report to the NIST campus in Berhampur. They must carry the following original documents along with a set of photocopies for submission:

    1. OJEE Final Allotment Letter
    2. College Leaving/Transfer Certificate
    3. Conduct Certificate/Character Certificate
    4. JEE Main/OJEE Rank Card
    5. Aadhaar Card
    6. Class 10 Mark Sheet
    7. Class 10 Pass Certificate
    8. Class 12 Final Mark Sheet
    9. Class 12 Pass Certificate
    10. Residence Certificate (Only for Odisha candidates)
    11. Income Certificate for TFW students
    12. Caste Certificate (SC/ST)
    13. Category Certificate (Green Card/PC/Ex-Service
