For admission to Dr Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University candidates are also supposed to have their Class 10 and 12 marksheets and passing certificates and a Bachelor degree in case of its possession. There should also be Aadhar card and caste certificate (in case of need) and a passport-size photograph. The signed copies of these documents should be attached along with the signed application form.
