- Statement of marks of Class 10 and Class 12
- Proof of DoB: Class 12 Certificate/Domicile Certificate/College Leaving Certificate/Nationality Certificate
- Transfer Certificate from previous institution
- Migration Certificate
- Caste Certificate
- Conduct and Character Certificate
- Medical Fitness Certificate in prescribed format
- Six recent passport-size photos with name written on the back
- BV-ABOP Admit Card
