3. Proof of Institute recognised by the DEC-IGNOU (for candidates with qualifications acquired through correspondence or distance-learning programs)
4. Equivalence certificate from the evaluation division of the AIU (for candidates with foreign diplomas)
5. Undertaking on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 20/- (as per the format given in Annexure -I)
