Candidates for UGAT (Under Graduate Aptitude Test) counselling are normally required to provide certain documents for verification and admission. These normally contain Class 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates, Transfer Certificate (TC) or School Leaving Certificate (SLC), Character Certificate, Category Certificate (if applicable for reserved categories), Admit Card, and UGAT entrance exam scorecard. Passport-sized photos and confirmation of identity may also be requested.
