For HIMT application form the candidates are required to upload scanned copies of documents including a passport-size photograph, signature, Class 10 and Class 12 certificates, a valid passport, and additional documents for post-sea courses such as INDOS, CDC with proof of sea service, medical fitness certificate, and CoC if required.
