While filling in the application form of the Uttar Pradesh Bachelor of Education Joint Entrance Examination (UP BEd JEE) candidates are required to upload scanned copies of their photograph, signature in the prescribed format as mentioned in the notification PDF, and any other documents as specified in the application form guidelines issued by the Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, such as educational certificates, category certificates (if applicable), etc.
