    Here are the documents that are mandatory to have if you are appearing in the JEE Main Counselling: 

    •Privisonal JEE Main seat allotment result

    •3 passport-size photographs (the same as uploaded during registration)

    •Photo identity card

    •Proof of fee payment (seat acceptance)

    •Proof of Date of Birth

    •JEE Main Admit Card 2204

    •Marksheet of class 12 examination

    •JEE Main 2024 scorecard

    •Caste Certificate (if applicable)

    JEE Main counseling is conducted entirely online, and applicants must register on the JoSAA website. The list of all the documents needed to register for and take part in JEE Main 2024 Counseling is provided below:

    • Privisonal JEE Main seat allotment result
    • 3 passport-size photographs (the same as uploaded during registration)

    To participate in the JEE Main counselling, candidates will need to upload the following documents at the time of JoSAA registration. Class 10 mark sheet/certificate, Class 12 Certificate of category (if applicable), PwD Certificate (if applicable). After the seat allotment, while reporting to the institute, candidates will also need to submit documents like JoSAA seat allotment letter, JEE Main/Advanced admit card, Gap Certificate (if gap after class 12).
