While registering for the course, candidates have to attach certain documents to the application forms. Additionally, after being shortlisted in the merit list, candidates have to submit all these documents for verification to the admission committee of UIHMT Group of Colleges. - Demand draft of application fee of INR 1,100
- Self Attested copies of Pass Certificate of Class 12 or equivalent examination.
- Self Attested copies of mark sheet of Class 10 or equivalent examination.
