What documents do I need for SKUAST Jammu counselling?

M.Sc. in Agriculture at SKUAST (Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology) is mainly done through the ICAR AIEEA PG examination, or the University Entrance Test (UET)/SKUCET. Although the accurate cut offs of the recent year (2025) are yet to be announced, in the past years it can be broadly estimated that a score range of 60-75 can lead to ICAR AIEEA PG. Bachelor degree holders speeding in fields related to agriculture with minimum of 60 percent marks (55 percent marks for reserved category) are required. The selection criterion includes entrance exam based score and counseling.

To the SKUAST Jammu (Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Jammu), Common Entrance Test (SKUAST-J CET) 2025 has a different date of holding UG and PG courses. Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) entrance tests were taken place on June 29 in 2025 and July 5 in 2025 accordingly. The Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST) conducts its own entrance examination for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. The cutoff depends on the difficulty of the exam, total number of candidates, and category-wise reservation. Generally, for the general category, candidates scoring between sixty-five to seventy marks out of one hundred have higher chances of selection, while reserved category cutoffs may be lower. • Detailed marks certificate/ PDC/ Degree cerificate for bachelor's degree from concerned board/ university
• Date of Birth Certificate (Marticulation)
• Detailed Marks Certificate (Class 12)
• Character Certificate by the institute last attended
• Migration Certificate from the institute last attended

Candidates need to pass BSc Agriculture/ BVSc & AH/ BTech Agriculture Engineering/ BSc Horticulture/ BSc Dairying/ BSc Forestry/ BSc Fisheries with at least 55% aggregate or equivalent CGPA to apply for SKUAST Jammu MBA programme. Aspirants with any other graduate degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate can also apply.
