While filling the CPGET application form, applicants may have to upload the following documents.
- Scanned image of latest passport-sized photgraph.
- Scanned image of signature.
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- EWS certificate (if applicable)
- Proof of latest income (if applicable)
- Aadhar Card
- PH certificat
