I got 95% marks and my friend 86% in State Board Intermediate.

Yes 100 % scholarship means free, only you have to bear examination fees. & 50 % percent means half of the fees. for example: "A" is studying MBA in some college. His annual fees is 1 lac. hence 2 year fees will be 2 lacs. *If "A"got 100 % scholarship he would not pay a single penny apart fr
