MICA does not offer spot offers anymore. -
When the candidates are called for their personal interview, some of the candidates show high resemblance to the kind of people MICA would definitely want in their PGDM programme. The candidates who showcase the high degree of leadership, decision-making and rational thinking (among many other things the interviewer is looking for) during the interview are provided with a spot offer for admission into MICA. -
