  • The Training and Development Managers are responsible for communicating the goals, objectives and values of the company to the employees. These employees could be new joinees who are under training or they could be existing employees. The Training and Development Managers either directly train the employees or they could supervise the trainers in case of large organisational size. They design and develope training programmes and development workshops and sessions. Their ultimate goal is to translate the organisational goals to the employees and help the organisation achieve these goals.
